Ge'ez Transliterator Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ge'ez Transliterator browser extension ("the Extension") or its associated website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use of the Extension
The Extension is provided to facilitate the typing of Ge'ez script through Latin-key transliteration. You agree to use the Extension only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and usage.
4. Intellectual Property
The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ge'ez Transliterator and its licensors. The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ge'ez Transliterator makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ge'ez Transliterator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of the Terms. Continued use of the Extension after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
